There is apparently no distinction between physical matter and information at the most basic level of reality (time processes information), of which reality consists primarily of information and cognition or the union by the process of collective consciousness. The universe is running a simulation of it's own contents, think Matrices within Matrices. Reality evolves through time or syntax the way a language would, where the general elements contain the specific. I think of the Spirit of God as a common language collective or whole consciousness which processes and configures itself automatically takes place through all spatial dimensions from 1 to 10, with the ligament of time totaling 11. While nothing is unreal, nothing can be said to be real. Thus we eliminate the untruth of an "external reality" acting outside the mind. Where the universe can be thought of as the mind of God, nothing is not existing on it's own outside the universe. Nothing is defined as unbound telesis or UBT acting freely of information onstraint.

Self-Configuring Self-Processing Language was stated this way:

Put simply, computation is used to model discrete systems and in doing this, one has to study membership, subsets, unions, intersections, complement, difference relations, symmetric differences. boolean algebra, Venn diagrams, self-similarity (especially when looking at fractal systems) etc.
These are concepts Langan heavily uses in constructing the CTMU and principles like MAP, syndiffeonesis, unisections, MU and others come to mind.
Under automation, when one looks at context-free languages in comparison to Langan's arguments concerning 'emergence' like when it comes to the idea of telic - ie pre-informational, pre-nomological and pre-syntactical phase of reality and the idea of reality emerging from the UBT.
About protocomputationability and about constraints emerging from a realm that is free of them etc, there seems to be a link especially considering self-organization of cellular automata from initially 'disordered' states.

"Empirical/physical realty is not the foundation in the CTMU model; it is a part of the self-simulation of SCSPL reality. Page 42 of Langan's A New Kind of Reality Theory paper states "in effect, the universe becomes a 'self-simulation' running inside its own contents."”

A quick word on morality. As humans we all wrestle with questions of morality. So I will comment on it as it is relevant to the human experience.
We as humans are driven by unseen forces (such as instinct and intellect) to explore our nature or our "human-ness." But this in no way excludes the possibility of a God or as I like to say, our imperfections are not incompatible with a God. Many live under the delusion that the Biblical concept of sin or their lack of spiritual experience is somehow reasonable grounds to dismiss this abstract concept of a God, but that is by all means false. Omnipotence exists prior to our meager existence. God is well beyond the physical realm and is subtle in nature. He cannot affect the material dynamic of our universe which means He cannot miraculously prevent a flood from wiping out a hundred people or a child from dying of cancer (I know I paint a grim picture). However, He reigns most supreme over the higher levels of reality, which we interact with in either dreams or through mind expansion.
