It's Idaho. Even most of Oregon (outside the heavy metropolitan parts) wants to join Idaho. Northern California would, too.

Something tells me this song is probably more about Napolean Dynamite than the state, but it might still do as a makeshift anthem for the intense, neighboring desires to merge with Idaho.
