How trees pump water from their roots to their leaves - Magical Realist - Jun 7, 2024 Wondered about this last night. Animals rely on the pump of their heart to push liquid through out their bodies. But there are no hearts in trees, and water has a much farther distance to travel from the roots to the leaves.
