(No not sad little scorned, rejected and demoted Pluto...)
It's a new paper arguing that "anomalous dynamical structure" in the Solar System's outer reaches is most consistent with the existence of an as yet undiscovered large trans-Neptunian planet.
It's not a new suggestion but it's new evidence/argument for it.
