I'm going to use this book here, which is about Chinese phytotherapy. We are going to use Chinese herbs, which are really expensive, but most people probably don't have those herbs in their gardens [anyway]. So we are also going to take a look at the same recipe for injuries, but with Western herbs...

Obviously only a complete idiot would try the Lilly pill. Life being life .. I've hurt my back.. I was just thinking I might give it a go only to find the video has been removed.
