Do People Really Need to ……. - Zinjanthropos - Jan 11, 2024 ……have something to complain about? Am I complaining by asking that question? IDK. Watching the news and a lot of it is in regard to something being complained about. There’s extremes however, everything from war to a neighbor’s cat. Some complainants are in groups and others go solo. Haven’t seen groups carrying placards & signs for a cat problem, although if enough people are pissed off at the cat then it could be a community effort to try and bring attention to others. Is there anything easier to complain about than government(s), not just yours? IMHO…Health is right up there a close second. Weather, traffic, law, cost of living, all good complaint topics. Mix in a little of the world’s problems while you’re at it. Coffee house or restaurant good places to listen to or start a complaint conversation. I think it’s in our blood to squawk about something bothering us. Don’t think I’ve ever gone through a day without complaining. Why do we do it….. https://www.joyfulthroughitall.com/why-do-people-complain-so-much/#:~:text=Some%20people%20complain%20to%20seek,to%20feel%20connected%20to%20others. RE: Do People Really Need to ……. - C C - Jan 12, 2024 Everything needs its opposite (a mix). Talking about how great everything is would eventually become boring, and vice versa. (Homogeneity is monotonous.)
RE: Do People Really Need to ……. - Zinjanthropos - Jan 12, 2024 I guess you really should know what you’re complaining about before opening your mouth. Some good laughs here… https://www.boredpanda.com/dumbest-customer-service-complaints-stories/ RE: Do People Really Need to ……. - confused2 - Jan 12, 2024 I ran through a list of things I'd like to complain about and by the end of it I'd pretty much therapy'd myself out. Apart from cats. I'm a fan of cat protection. I bought a very nice table from their charity shop the other day. I like the idea that any cat in my garden should be held in protective custody until the owner agrees to pay a boarding fee (absolutely not a ransom). |
