In the short term you'll pick up a low level of radiation that "decays" over time. Decay as a description means the radiation dissipates and is absorbed into the entropy of nearby matter.
Radiotherapy isn't the same level of radiation as a nuclear reactor or bomb since it's not created the same way (in those two, it's a neutron reaction, in radiotherapy it's electron based.)
There shouldn't be any concerns about your body becoming radioactive (from radiotherapy), if you were to have concerns then you could always avoid wearing jewelry/metals for the duration and have plenty of showers.
One thing to consider is if you were subjected to dangerous amounts of radiation, the shower water (and even body waste water) would be contaminated and require being treated as contaminated, so as long as you're not surrounded by people in full hazmat suits, you should be fine.
