They should rent it out on a weekly basis. Lot's of fledgling ghost hunters out there trying to wet their beaks.

I thought that, too - they could post the listing on Airbnb, for those looking for ghostly adventures and creepy vacation experiences.
That dining room pic looks especially eerie. Just imagining that a place is haunted would make me fear spending the night.
