INTRO: Who will survive a disaster longer? A survivalist or a homesteader? As a survivalist, mobility is a key part of my family's survival plan. Our ability to pick up life's necessities in a moment's notice, carrying those things on our backs, and provide safety and security while on the move will keep us alive no matter where we find disaster. Depends on how SHTF, now doesn't it? If your homestead becomes irradiated, you won't really have much choice.
