That is so disgusting. If they want to keep the wet markets open then we should keep our borders closed. 

Lychee and Dog Meat Festival

White dog is looking for a way out. There's two mutts both on chains, I guess owner doesn't trust the butcher. Just look at the general uncleanliness of the place. Cigarette butts, garbage and I don't know what that pulverized green stuff is that's on the ground, dog's hindquarter view may be a clue. Can't see the flies.
