You really think that girls have no natural qualms about using unisex bathrooms, with immature boys, and while on their period. Hell, ask SS about how she sizes up every man for danger, and how she'd feel about doing that in a bathroom cubicle. She's anything but conservative.

Rest stops, not restrooms, and so far, I like it because most of them are going from stalls to single rooms, which are safer. There’s a new one up north in a state park. The doors face the parking lot and they’re all unisex, single, private rooms. Starbucks installed two private restrooms with a public sink. I think most people would prefer complete privacy with a locked door.

I'm anything but liberal, too.

Oh, they have qualms, we all do.  Some people have qualms about flying.  Some people have qualms about going outside.  Some people let such qualms rule their lives.  Most do not.

The desire to legislate bathroom usage/marking is an odd one.  Conservatives often pride themselves on their small government stance.  But when it comes to bathrooms, they want laws to tell people which bathroom to use.  (North Carolina is a good example here.)  Liberals seem to be able to figure that out all by themselves.

Again, you need to find a woman (as I'm starting to doubt that you should be anywhere near a girl), any woman, and ask them. Quit mansplaining from your male privilege.

Common sense and cultural decency use to take care of things. Laws are only necessary if people can't be decent on their own...like the "liberal" political agenda robbing real women of their sports records and a minimum sense of security. If you can't understand that, I'll break out the crayons for ya.

I lived with a few hundred of them - and shared the bathrooms.  We figured it out.  I know it's hard, but if you put your mind to it, you can too.  Just takes communication and a willingness to listen to the other side.

Exactly.  Which is why right wingers need laws to tell them which bathrooms to use; liberals tend to be able to be decent all by themselves.

"Lived with" and "figuring it out" are a far cry from total strangers and immature school boys. Again, go ask an actual woman about this situation, not some other straw man situation.

Conservatives need laws to tell creepy, leftist, trans men to leave women their own spaces, sports records, etc.. Leftists (they're not liberal at all) want to make women feel less safe.

Apparently, those "immature school boys" and girls were far more mature than you.  They had no problems.

I managed a trans woman years ago.  She had to go to a business trip to North Carolina.  She refused, out of a fear that trans-hating conservatives would make her life hell if she tried to use the woman's room.  So we had to send an alternative who wasn't as appropriate for the trip.  Congratulations; your people made a woman feel less safe.  Are you proud of yourself?

Hey, that's cute. Vague arm-waving as argument. If you want to make a point, spit it out already. I'm not going to guess at whatever personal experience you may be alluding to.

Again, I'll bet you never asked said girls how it made them feel. You sound far too impressed with your own male privilege to care.

No, that would be a biological male. See, you can't even leave real women the definition of their own gender.

And hint: before all this bathroom talk, as long as a transgender was passable at a glance, no one paid any attention. It's only when they started to demand that others recognize their mental illness as reality that people starting paying attention. So leftists using them as a political prop is what ultimately made them feel unsafe. I would retort if you're proud of yourself, but no doubt your political agenda doesn't allow that kind of self-awareness.
Man oh man or woman oh woman, why would anyone want to get into the waxing business these days.

This person has been in Canadian News more than the Prime Minister recently.
Old news, but yes, that's the kind of insanity all this leads to.

What always puzzles me is that transgenders claim to want to live as the gender they identify as, but then they're the first to tell you they're transgender. I really don't know how to square those two. The alternative, I suppose, being some really bad surprises in bed, where someone is bound to get hurt. Which tells me their beliefs are not compatible with reality.

Never thought of it that way.....getting the big surprise.... should that be construed as a crime of some sort or an action at least worthy of a lawsuit. Certainly seems unfair and potentially psychologically harmful. I mean it can’t all be one way traffic, can it?
