I'll stick with hellman's then.

@ SS, I don't really like Starkist. I want to like it but, something about it...
Don't knock Miracle Whip until you've tried it. But either works just as well, IMO.

I was a diehard Chicken of the Sea fan, but I got a can that was complete mush (and they didn't make it right enough to keep me buying) and switched to Starkist. Tuna is tuna, so I'm betting that's not your problem.

Nope. Straining wouldn't remove enough water/oil. Skip the celery and dill and just use dill pickle, for both the dill flavor and the crunch. Looks too wet for my tastes.
I’ve had MW, it has more sugar content than mayo. It has an odd taste and reminds me of glue. Just not my thing.

I’m going to work on my tuna skills this weekend but I bet I end back @ the lil sandwich shop. Feeling defeated before I begin.  Dodgy
Well, I don't like Miracle Whip or mayo, on sandwiches or anything it's not incorporated in. But I like tuna salad, deviled eggs, honey mustard, etc..
That could be it. I've had it as a ''spread'' on sandwiches, but not mixed in with other ingredients, so as a stand-alone condiment, I'm not impressed.
