Happy Easter everyone!

Ditto.

Passover began on the 4th, so another period where Jews, Christians, and pagans converge holiday wise. Bring out the the rites of spring and let the hunt for fertility symbols commence! (Canada also has government-approved Easter Monday; some other countries likewise.)
Meh.... I could raise a rant....

Sunday supermarket shopping is none existent on Easter Sunday... So there is no "Daily bread" available. I did consider a work around for the mass conspiracy that halts all economics on religious days, it even ties in with increasing people going to church.

Get an old church and fit it out as a Grocery shop, that way it can be open all day (after 4pm) every Sunday even on Easter and Christmas, it would probably increase people going to church... although like I point out it would be to buy groceries they missed getting prior to that particular day. Win win.
Make your own bread.
It's more eastery.
