The duality of dictatorship Vs Democracy is expressed through gender divisions in most cultures.

women being forced into subservient roles of peace makers through default and compulsory survival.

this matched as a social construct against physical domination and thousands of years of selective breeding to ensure men have in innate serial killer in their psyche... means the dice is surely loaded.

however, as women get more freedom and the cultural chain around their neck is lightened so they may become more acceptable as physically strong beings, the equality of culture bi-polar disorder of gender dystopian cavemen will die out like the nasty virus it is.
In a town where hardly anything ever happens my example of being stuck in a car park with a flat battery is about as close as you get to being trapped in a foxhole while pinned down by enemy fire. In my (real) example the offer of help was rejected because it came from a female - for many reasons.

1. She had a Russian accent. Confused

2. There was no way for you to return the favor. Toss in a woman and tit for tat gets a little confusing. Wink

3.  Men are less likely to accept help, period…even when they’re dying. Now, that’s what I call toxic masculinity. Big Grin
4. Bit of mansplaining here .. when bump-starting a car - when the car fires it dashes away from the pusher leading to fair possibility of the pusher falling flat on its face. If any harm had come to the girl - like she grazed her knees - I could easily have been scarred for life.

5. She might have been a vampire.

Then you're not doing it right. There's no need to floor it when you pop the clutch, and if you can't manage that, simply warn the pusher/s before do it.
