Oh, BTW, I didn’t know what pancetta was. I’ll probably just use bacon. Speaking of bacon, I bought some of that precooked bacon at Costco the other day. I always thought it would taste like shit but it was great. By far the best invention ever and from what I gather, David Howard came up with the cooking system and is currently suing several companies for patent infringement.
