No, you can't "see" if something is perfectly level, nor would it take much with a vibration. But I highly doubt that it is glass or heavy, as you can see the guy pick it up with only his fingers, at 14 secs.
From watching it again, I'd suspect that a vibrating phone was in it, as it appears light weight, and the concentrated weight would keep it from tumbling to the floor.

As usual, the similarity between claiming the unexplained is caused by ghosts or god seems to completely elude you.
