whos doing most of the actual donkey work ?

Financial activities total employed = 10,404 women employed = 52.3%
Banking and related activities total employed 2,102 Women = 59.3%
am i missing something here is there a serious problem in gender discrimination going on ?
the industry should have atleast 75% female management with that level of female employees.
though in banking/financial services the female management is probably only around 5 to 8 % above 1st(shop floor supervisor) & 2nd(team leaders) level managers
Fundermental productivity indicators when leveled with Gender pay discrimination will clearly put women into the majority of the work being done per dollar value.
probably level out the gender work productivity ratio to a 75% female productivity.
