Okay I've tried changing a custom browscap.ini file that I've used for a while to one that the webspace provider has within their library.  I don't know if it will fix the problem or not (but it's one of those things I can tick off)

I've reinstated the Quick Reply box to see if that helps MR with his posting woes. (Just Preview the post while writing it to get the full editor)
