The huge blue marlin, caught in the Philippines on Friday, caught the eye of beach goers because of the coat of arms and complex leaf designs imprinted on its scales. Some internet commenters suggested the markings were a result of alien activity. But 41-year-old fisherman Zosimo Tano, who caught the two-metre-long (6.5ft) 'tattooed fish', has now revealed that the patterns came from his t-shirt....
That's the official coat of arms for the Nebulons of Beta Sigma Star System DW238. They are really quite good at tatooing species on other planets. But that's about all they're good at.
