I was going to conclude the thread with "It takes a village to raise a child.". I may end up posting that again later.

I have played a few games of village cricket and it's very close to all out war. I know an inexperienced player facing a malicious fast bowler stands a very good chance of being injured or killed.

Level playing field is a black companion(which we've had)...considering only 3% of the UK is black (or 12% for US audiences).

Again, they are capable of creating original black heroes who are specifically designed to appeal to black audiences (Empire, etc.). Co-opting white heroes amounts to welfare for those you deem otherwise incapable of doing for themselves. Like they have no other option but to beg for the white man's table scraps.
