LOL. Every picture clearly shows some supporting wire/rod.
And when that was too obvious, the drapes were drawn closer to help obscure it.
LOL. Gullible people.
Typical grainy photos. Curtains reminiscent of a magic show. Honestly MR, I think this time you're just yanking our chain. Can't see why anyone including yourself believes this particular event is truly not contrived.
LOL! Right. Those grainy lines in the background MUST be wires..Wires held by what?

Keeping in mind the time of these "events" was the era where travelling shows and mystacism were the modern equvilant of facebook.
well to-do people would book these people to perform shows at their mansions in front of the in crowd party/dinner guests.
there was a solid market of automation and science mixed in to thespianised presentations taking use of the recent news from the east where all sorts of wonderful tales were coming from.
how much is real and how much is just common day science is speculative.
from some reading of that era it suggests most were not concerned with the validity of the function but more soo the event as being like modern day celebrity events. no real content just a show of images and adulation on the pre concieved notion of going to have a good time.
while sifting through the data keep in mind modern day pyramid & get rich quick schemes and the immesion in current day scientific consciousness.

No..this was not an entertainment act put on for a gullible audience. There were real researchers there who studied the phenomena as it occurred and ruled out wires and strings at every point. The medium was strip searched before the seance and clothed in a special gown and a sack. They waved their hand over the zither as it played and couldn't feel anything. Also the whispy ectoplasm manifestations only showed up on camera. That means it must have been a real phenomena. No hoaxery in this case..
have you seen this ? it is quite fascinating

Holy cow! That's amazing. The body evidently is capable of emitting all sorts of unknown but powerful energies. I'm going to have to study this idea of chi energy..
