"Most stoners don’t appreciate alcohol and vice versa. Alcohol lovers aren’t too fond of the Bum Bhole either. But this particular product might just bring the two communities together and make people who like both, rejoice!

Winemakers in California are commercially producing marijuana-laced wines, known as Canna Vine. So now, you can get drunk and not feel bad about it!"
It's not something particularly new. I've known of some version of Marijin (Gin) and a type of beer. If done correctly it doesn't have to be much different from any other alcohol, the main problem of course is peoples personal tastes, some want the effects of one with the other and that can lead to not considering it's quantifiable effect.
I never really got the chance to experiment with drugs.  I might give it a try someday.

Can alcohol increase the THC in your blood?

Not quite the same weed but in these parts the Italians are into making Dandelion wine. Personally I'd rather drink vinegar but they seem to enjoy it.

Tried sloe gin?

Way back in my youth. There was a mixed drink called a Sloe Comfortable Screw and I suppose that got mine and many others' attention. Never liked the smell of gin, odor seems to emanate from the gin drinker's pores. Smells like a Juniper tree.

I hate gin but that is one smooth drink . Home made  is best.
