Rib eye steak

1 cup of virgin olive oil in a small pan over medium heat
Add 4 garlic gloves
½ lemon
10 sprigs of thyme, oregano, rosemary, parsley, basil
2 green onions
Cook until mixture reaches 140 degrees
Strain
Coat steaks with oil and lightly season with kosher salt & pepper
Cover and chill for 2-24 hours let stand for 30 minutes at room temperature 
Grill on medium-high heat for 10 until caramelized
Reduce heat to medium grill 12-18 minutes turning every 5-8 minutes
With each turn baste with remaining oil
I drained the oil into a tin can and kept it heated on the grill

This cheesecake was awesome and fairly easy.
