Curiously, I may have only seen four of those.

"Code 46" I didn't recall at first by title, but the plot of a guy who almost (or did?) unknowingly have sex with a younger clone of his mother... yeah. (Sheesh. Oedipean echoes of "Wayward Pines", second season.)

Watched "Strange Days" ages ago but don't remember a thing about it other than the then-future millienium association.

"Dredd" I've probably avoided because I keep confusing it with the one in the 1990s.

Could have seen "The 10th Victim" (that would make five), but I feel like I'm confusing it with another European flick that was released around the same year.

"City of Lost Children" clamors to be recognized, but I'm pretty sure I'm getting it crossed with a different film.
"Gattaca" is a pure classic, "City of Lost Children" is mostly an atmospheric oddity, but worth watching just for that, "Strange Days" is completely forgettable, "A Scanner Darkly" very overrated, and "Dredd" is a much less fun remake.

I would place these at least somewhat on par with "Gattaca":
In Time
Looper
Snowpiercer
Dark City

No idea how underrated those may be.
I really liked Dark City
Snowpiercer seemed an extremely original [techno-fantasy] idea for class struggle allegory. I once got a glimpse at the original 1980s graphic novel, but didn't have the time to glean much from it other than maybe it was significantly different (in terms of characters and events) from the movie and television show.
If you want to go down a rabbit hole, look into the theories about the connection between "Snowpiercer" and "Willy Wonka."
