I have no experience with danger or monsters? How would you possibly know that?

It shows. But go ahead. Try to explain otherwise. @_@

What shows? That I don't brag it about like you like to do? And what the fuck explanation do I owe your dumb ass?
Yeah, that's called deflection. 9_9

Maybe don't bring up topics that you don't have the nerve to answer yourself.
Or are you willing to admit what kind of monsters you love? @_@

I'll bring up any topic I feel like without revealing personal aspects of my life for you to attack and bellttle. Got it? BTW..How exactly does one "answer a topic"?

Literacy is amazing!

There's nothing any more personal about this than any other crap opinion of yours. But you KNOW most people would judge you poorly for this one. And you're socially cowed.

Man, to be afraid when you are anonymous. 9_9
One way I know you're not dangerous.

A monster is a pariah and an outcast from birth. It gets used to living in the loveless aloneness of its condition. So being itself, being inevitably the monster everybody hates and mocks, it has nothing left to lose. Might as well be the one thing it was meant to be. Might as well embrace the only thing it was ever allowed to be. Who among us is brave enough to throw caution to the wind and love our monsters?

There are different kinds of monsters...

There are big dangerous things, like Krakens that can seize ships and pull them under water to some unspeakable undersea fate. The Godzilla monsters who can stomp through humanity's greatest cities while shrugging off anything our militaries can throw at them. Perhaps the dinosaurs of Jurassic Park, though they get a more sympathetic treatment in later films in the franchise, since they were just behaving naturally as they had evolved to do and it was really the humans who were the monsters.

There are disfigured things, like people hideously disfigured by burns, skulking around in the shadows. I think that in the past people assumed that a person's external appearance mirrored their inner qualities, so a disfigured face revealed a disfigured soul. And the beautiful people were the greatest and most beautiful souls. The Phantom of the Opera was an early challenge to this age-old assumption. Perhaps Frankenstein's monster was as well. This is the one that might fit MR's characterization best.

There are supernatural monsters. I guess medieval wizards belong here, people who have tapped into hidden powers. The evil demons of medieval lore, who originated in the often beneficent supernatural beings (daimons) of classical antiquity. Medieval Christianity rejected those without exactly denying them, turning them into evil and dark forces hidden in the shadows. The Old Gods, HP Lovecraft kind of tapped into that idea in a sci-fi vein with The Call of Cthulhu.

And a more modern kind of monster, the moral monster, the serial-killer or the suave brilliant cannibal Hannibal Lector. I guess that there's a transgressive appeal, which might explain why so many women seem attracted to them, pretending love for imprisoned mass murderers from a safe distance.

If it's really all crap then why are you so worried about it? You have a long history of bringing up personal details of my life again and again like my depression and voices and sexual orientation and disability to attack me with. Why on earth would I give you one more thing to use against me? You're basically pos of shit troll to me. There's nothing you say that I have any interest in.

Quote:But you KNOW most people would judge you poorly for this one. And you're socially cowed.

Yeah..I'm "socially cowed" now, and people are suddenly judging me poorly. You literally can't help slandering me just make your insecure ass feel superior can you?

That's what I more or less had in mind with the OT. But I mean to extend it to the kind of immoral monsters many people in their lives end up becoming, as witnessed in the TV series I just watched Breaking Bad. That all too slippery slope between the good and average Joe down into the mire of criminality, greed, extortion, and even murder. The whole notion of being someone loved and admired on the one hand but being an anarchal felon on the other. Are we all that immune from evil here? Are any of us really that safe, under the right circumstances, from becoming monsters ourselves?

I think you're projecting you being worried about my opinions. I'm always just holding up an ugly mirror, to a guy who likes to call others "incel," "racist," "retard," etc..

I don't know, but you regularly do.^^^
Bad people don't realize they are bad, and often tell on themselves. 9_9

Projection aside, it's like you didn't realize that I read your replies to others. When you so readily tell someone else, in my plain view, it really makes all your evasion and deflection seem like you are really, really interested in what I think. @_@

LOL! But it may have had the desired effect. It really looks like you told Yaz what you'd been evading just to prove this wrong.
I played you like a fiddle.

The morally weak (vices, laziness, etc..) probably ask themselves that a lot. But they are usually also far to cowardly to ever act on it. The uncowardly and morally weak just act on it, without question.

Ofcourse you did sweetie. Whatever you need to jack off to tonight.
Hey, if you tell me you were just trolling me, I believe it.
There was no real reason for your constant evasions all along. All this whining about "personal details" is all bullshit. Just weaponizing your fabricated victimhood. Nothing authentic about you.

Or... it's so telling what got your goat (the one tell of cherry-pickers).
