Brandishing a knife around a school, refusing to drop it. Suffering from schizophrenia, so probably hearing other commanding voices besides that of the police officer warning him. Or maybe he thought the latter was one of the internal articulations, too. Conscious after being shot and even smiling, joking, and laughing about it. (Thus, a matter of "fitness", too.)
