Many men swear by this. But on top of all the meds I'm taking, I'm not going there. While I DO have decreased libido, that in itself is no big deal to me. It's nice not going thru those periodic and obsessive horny phases I went thru in my younger years. I believe losing another 25 lbs will give me more energy and improve my mood greatly.

"Testosterone replacement therapy offers key pros like improved sex drive, higher energy, and stronger bones, alongside cons such as reduced fertility, acne, and potential blood clot risks.

The Pros (Benefits)Better Sexual Function: Helps raise libido and improve erectile performance when levels are low.

More Energy and Mood Support: Reduces ongoing fatigue and lifts depressive feelings tied to low hormone levels.

Stronger Bones and Muscle: Helps build lean muscle mass and protects bone mineral density to prevent weakness.

The Cons (Risks and Side Effects)Lower Fertility: Shrinks testicles and stops sperm production, causing low sperm count or infertility.

Skin and Fluid Changes: Can trigger oily skin, acne breakouts, and ankle swelling from fluid retention.

Medical Risks: May raise red blood cell counts (leading to blood clots) and can worsen sleep apnea or prostate symptoms."
Do not go gentle into that good night,
Old age should burn and rave at close of day;
Rage, rage against the dying of the light.

Though wise men at their end know dark is right,
Because their words had forked no lightning they
Do not go gentle into that good night.

Good men, the last wave by, crying how bright
Their frail deeds might have danced in a green bay,
Rage, rage against the dying of the light.

Wild men who caught and sang the sun in flight,
And learn, too late, they grieved it on its way,
Do not go gentle into that good night.

Grave men, near death, who see with blinding sight
Blind eyes could blaze like meteors and be gay,
Rage, rage against the dying of the light.

And you, my father, there on the sad height,
Curse, bless, me now with your fierce tears, I pray.
Do not go gentle into that good night.
Rage, rage against the dying of the light.
