During the anti-immigration-enforcement riots in New Jersey, this guy shouted threats at an ICE officer: "I have your face, motherf-cker!" “You’re dead, dead!” "“I’ll kill your whole f-cking family! Your whole f-cking family is dead! Your children, your wife—all dead!”
Well, Nicholas Scelfo was quickly identified by the FBI and was just arrested. He is facing felony charges, including 18 USC 115 'Influencing, impeding, or retaliating against a Federal official by threatening or injuring a family member', I'm guessing. From the looks of it, he could be facing up to ten years in federal prison. FAFO
