THIS ONE! I haven't seen it in ages. I believe I'm overdue a good "re-Stoning"!

Haven't seen this Lars Von Trier, but I've seen most of his:

This one also from 2018. There's the Dog Killer; the paranormal murderer Owl's Kiss; and that scene of "brutally" bashing in ___'s skull with Kurt Cobain's guitar. Plus the obsession with all the coded messages pervading society that gives "Bug" conspiracy paranoia a run for its money. Back on Pluto TV (only for a while).

That was an incredible film. I just drifted along with it and let it take me wherever it wanted to go, like I do with Lynch films. Apparently there's groups out there trying to decipher symbolic meanings in the movie itself, which is ironic given that that very futility of searching for hidden meanings behind everything is what the whole film is about. So what IF there are secret conspiracies behind everything? Do you think knowing about them will deliver you from the daily challenge of having to just be alive in this postmodern world? Just relax, find yourself a girl and maybe a nice dog, pay your rent on time, and go with the flow, always retaining a bit of a knowing smirk on your face at the circus happening all around you.
