“I think it's just going to get weirder and weirder and weirder and finally it's going to be so weird that people are going to have to talk about how weird it is. People are gonna say what the hell is going on. It's just too nuts.

The systems which are in place to keep the world sane are utterly inadequate to the forces that have been unleashed.

The collapse of the socialist world, the rise of the Internet. These are changes so immense nobody could have imagined them ever happening and now that they have happened nobody even bothers to mention what a big deal it is.

The good news is that, as primates, we are incredibly adaptable to change. Put us in a desert we survive. Put us in the jungle we survive.

We can put up with about anything. It's a good thing because we're going to be tested to the limits."

I agree. I'm already seeing an increasing weirdness in my life. Non-stop synchronicities and ironies on the TV and in news stories. Suddenly waking up and seeing strange colors. Astral critters showing up all around me when I walk in the park. There's also alot of Fortean things happening abroad as well., A growing wave of UAP sightings and talks of imminent disclosure. Cryptids showing up on Ring cameras. Mysterious interlopers showing up on cellphone cameras. Miraculous healings, angel sightings, cattle mutilations, and poltergeist phenomena. And of course the inevitable angst-ridden encroachment of AI. It's like the director of the whole movie of reality has suddenly changed hands! We're slip-sliding from modern realism to post-modern surrealism. As Paul Simon sang: "These are the days of miracle and wonder...this is the long distance call.."
