Since Hollywood and the rest of mankind are up to date on the existence of the after-life, with the exception of a few numb-skulls, I guess I can take it easy now.
They've also been "up to date" on Faster Than Light travel, "subspace communications", Middle Earth, invasions from Mars and other planets / dimensions, and multiple other wonderfully "accurate" topics.

You are not one to speak on the accuracy of the entertainment industry. The after-life concept is applied in the film because the after-life is a fact, worthy of a Hollywood blockbuster.

So you believe in magic, in fairies, in Spiderman, Superman, Hulk etc? Or are you just demonstrating your skills in selection bias, choosing which bits you want to claim are real?
There are
many films about the afterlife you can watch. Doesn't make any of them true. I'm not saying the concept is false, but being in a Hollywood film really shouldn't be something you use as evidence to support something. Just saying.
