White boys don't do that to their trucks. That whole thing is Hispanic-coded.
Means the meme is a lie.

I'll say it. Joe Biden and Alejandro Mayorkas at the very least, would seem to arguably be guilty of all of the crimes listed below which would make them eligible for the death penalty.

And the leaders of sanctuary jurisdictions would seem to arguably be guilty of - "conceals, harbors, or shields from detection, or attempts to conceal, harbor, or shield from detection, such alien in any place" - which is a serious felony that carries a penalty of five years in federal prison. And if any alien so shielded and harbored kills anyone (it doesn't say murdered, so presumably a traffic fatality counts) the penalty can be up to death.

Our Minnesota demonstrators (along with those in Chicago, Portland and LA) could arguably be arrested on the same charges. They are clearly trying to conceal, harbor and shield illegals, which is itself illegal.
The problem is that Mayorkas has plausible deniability, and Biden is not mentally fit to face charges. Sadly, we don't have ready recourse for gross neglect of office duties (aside from impeachment at the time)... or even intentional unwillingness to prosecute crimes... as established by Obama. They can claim that those people crossed our intentionally unprotected borders of their own accord. And even that the CBP One app was an attempt to streamline enforcing border law, instead of what it really was, a means to shield illegal crossings.

Now the judges that hide illegals from ICE and protestors that seek to shield them are absolutely vulnerable to such prosecutions.

This shows where we need congress to pass stricter laws, that mandate more specific executive enforcement action duties. You know, instead of "comprehensive immigration reform," where we actually need a complete immigration moratorium, until assimilation can be more assuredly effectuated (I'm looking at the likes of Ilhan Omar).

^^^ There is a certain credibility gap here. Of 700,000 illegals it is possible that the one ICE were looking for on that particular day and at that particular moment had actually raped and killed a child - but the odds are against it. It's a fantastic story - some using 'fantastic' with the meaning 'very hard to believe' and others seeing it as .. well, you know just how true it is likely to be.
All targeted ICE operations are for such serious criminals.

You don't have police in the US?

Sanctuary cities/states do not allow their police to aid in detaining illegal immigrants... no matter how criminal they are.
So for illegals, the maximum possible punishment for murder, rape .. anything.. is deportation?

Many serve their time in prison before being deported. Many are deported who have past criminal records or charges, that would have barred them from legally entering the US. And then there's the question of whether the US taxpayer wants to pay to imprison, feed, and care for illegal criminals or just send them back for their own country to deal with. This has only become viable now that Trump has largely successfully shut down the border, so deported criminals can't just easily return.
