Everything this man says strikes me as sublimely genuine and true! It's a deeply provocative and wide-ranging take on spirituality that's been a long time coming but only in our time seems to be manifesting itself experientially in innumerably diverse and exotic and non-traditional ways. Kripal offers us ways of making sense of the "Impossible" in our own lives by re-framing its presence in our elegantly-wrought religious systems and in the profound ideas of great thinkers and mystics of our history. It's like Joseph Campbell's embracing vision of spirituality only with alien abductions and poltergeists thrown in!
