Everything is oscillating in waves at a certain frequency. Our eyes are set to the frequency of white light. Our ears are set to the frequency of sound from 20 to 20,000 hz. And the nerves in our skin are set to the electrical frequency of matter itself. Even your own consciousness oscillates in the form of measurable gamma waves. We experience reality to the degree that we resonate with the waves surrounding and penetrating us. Only what we are synced up with happens to us. The existence of other realities is as far away from us as the mere retuning of our brain's inner radio station.
