They initially seemed upfront about it being a socialist party (LINK), but have now retreated behind a generic "left-wing" label. Who wants membership in yet another one that cowers in private shame, or appears to compromise with the center-left? You can get that with their former party, though YP probably will be more critical of Israel than timid Labour (sans the Corbyn era of the past).
