I am something of a connoisseur of non-religious movies with spiritual implications. The problem is that spiritual is so widely embracing that practically any movie can be about it. The quest for meaning in one's life. The nature of death and the afterlife. Encounters with non-human intelligences. The borders between illusion and reality. The mystery of consciousness. Time and Destiny. And explorations of other worlds and dimensions. Some can be literal while others can be metaphorical. Here's some suggested by the imdb website below along with ALOT of my favorites.
