Certainly ghostly looking. If I were a ghost, I'd be right proud of myself!

Even after visiting another article about it, I guess I'm still missing something here in regard to the photos presented.
The association of ghosts with graveyards and places associated with past human death suggests an implicit (and often explicit) theory as to what ghosts supposedly are. That theory seems to me to be derived from folklore and from ancient religious/philosophical theories about the nature of the human person.

I'm hugely skeptical. The mere association of a ghost with a graveyard makes me suspect imagination at work.

In this instance, the 'ghostly' figure appears to be a human being walking away from the camera (based on its posture). What does "high spectrum camera" mean? What do normal human beings look like photographed with this kind of camera? (If it captures infrared as well as visible light, does it record the heated air around a living body?)

Indeed. And an imagination so powerful it can imprint images on full spectrum cameras.

Except that it appears in one frame but not the next. And it is also transparent. And the investigators said they had made sure none of their 4 members were in that area at that time. The devil's in the details.

Full spectrum cameras capture more of the infrared and ultraviolet parts of the light spectrum. They are often used in paranormal investigations with striking results. See below:

Here's what live people look like on a full spectrum camera:

The challenge in this day and age is just proving applicable frames and snapshots were truly untouched by the abundant photography and imaging editing tools of this era. Every paranormal team needs a full-fledged and fraud-savvy skeptic or two tagging along with them scrutinizing everything they do, as an additional witness.
