Argentina held midterm national legislative elections yesterday that were widely perceived as a referendum on Javier Milei and his highly unorthodox right-populist presidency.
The polls said Javier Milei's party was struggling. Pundits said Milei was a poor politician and didn't know how to campaign.
Well, his party won in a landslide, almost tripling its number of parliamentary deputies and more than tripling its representation in the Argentine senate!
