This is apparently the original source of it (X tweet): Matthew USAF
CONTENT: A couple hours ago, the fighter squadron down the road from my house (approx. 15 min outside of Atlantic City, NJ) scrambled four F-16 fighter jets. My buddy and I were talking in the front yard, and a few minutes later, we noticed an extremely bright glowing orb in the sky.
It was moving slowly towards my house, and after about 10 minutes, it started moving the opposite direction. It was probably somewhere around 25,000 feet and was visible for about an hour and a half before we lost sight of it.
I used to work on airplanes in the Air Force and also know a lot about drones. I can confidently say this glowing object was neither. What the hell is going on here in New Jersey?! Below are a couple of uneditied pics and videos I took from my Samsung phone.

How does the orb depicted in the zoomed in still and the video resemble a drone in any way? Do you know what drones in the sky even look like?

Do you know what LED lights can look like?

I know exactly what a drone in the sky looks like:

How is this anywhere near like the bright orb captured on video?

Again, for the hundredth time... learn to read.
I didn't say anything about a drone. I said LED lights. If you can't understand the difference, it's really no wonder you get duped by everything that comes along.
Poor hapless mooncalf.

Those ARE LED lights moron! How else are they going to be in the sky besides being attached to drones?

Try really hard to follow simple reason... if you can.
You can attach any configuration of LED lights to a drone. You can certainly attach lights that are configured and bright enough to obscure a drone at a distance and make it look like an orb.
You posting a single image of a drone with typical LED lights does zero to rebut this.
But again, that requires very simple reasoning skills, and you're obviously at a handicap.

LOL It would be seen to have multiple LEDs when zoomed in. And it wouldn't look like an orb. It would look like quadrocopter with LEDs. Just like these:

Here's the orb again zoomed in and flying ABOVE the clouds. Definitely not a drone..

Can this story be true? Flying a drone in a no-fly zone close to a military airfield? Big trouble? Where are the F-16s .. (presumably they'd have lights on) ?
My guess is the vid isn't taken when or where he claims .. giving plenty of time for a drone with one or more bright LEDs to play at orbs.
