You've got homeless trans folk trying to make a home for themselves in society and you've got rich kid transphobes going out and kicking their little homes to pieces.
Victor/Victoria is about a woman pretending to be a man pretending to be a woman.
While the film uses humor and satire, its underlying message does comment on gender inequality. She’s able to succeed and earn a substantial income because her male impersonator character is in high demand.
