Most recent gaffs makes me wonder if either a DARPA project or contractor is playing silly buggers with mind manipulation equipment due to their political allegiance.
(It's possible to broadcast a "voice" into a person, maybe aiding them in the decisions of what word should come next, especially if coupled with realtime deepfake AI. Afterall if that voice inside your head sounds like you, do you trust it?)
