Common sense of the vast majority of people used to say that blacks were inferior to whites. So if we played by your reasoning, slavery would still exist today, because at the time, it had never been defined as illegal. Vulnerable populations get increasingly equal rights as civilizations mature. It's a wonder that so many people are so dead set against innocent babies.

If a child is born, and the mother dies during it's birth, Does it not make the Child a "murder" by your standards?

The child didn't take any action that led to the mother's death. But abortion is proactive and directly results in the death of a human.
