I remember Steve Young catching his own pass for a 49'er touchdown years ago. He'd tried to pass to a 49'ers receiver, when a defender batted the pass backwards to where Steve caught it. So he ran it into the end zone for a touchdown. It went down in the stats as a Steve Young to Steve Young pass play.
