My daughter caught this fish on one of our fishing trips. You don’t catch too many in these parts but they are around. There was this guy who gave her advice on how to clean and gut. His instructions: place fish on wooden cutting board, fillet it, throw the guts, fillets and rest of fish back in the water then eat the board.
