Down in the permafrost layer of the freezer I found a box with 'Boil in the bag" on it and a bag with a fish in it in it. Fish in parsley sauce. Cooking instructions: boil in the bag (surprise!) OR microwave for a much quicker result. Pierce bag and zap for 2.5 mins then squish it about and give it another 2.5 mins. What can possibly go wrong? About 2 minutes in I noticed a spot on the viewing screen which I thought might be new - closely followed by the screen going entirely parsley sauce colour.
