Renfield simply can't stand his boss.

Starring Nicholas Cage as the boss, shamelessly chewing the scenery. Overacting might actually work in this peculiar movie. (I like peculiar movies.)

I looks like a weird comedy mashup of pop-psychology and horror movie. (Weird can be good.)
