RAAF C-17 cargo aircraft flying at alarmingly low altitude through Brisbane Queensland, weaving its way between office towers.

They do this every year for their Riverfire airshow.

(And people wonder why the Australians drink so much...)

Comments say it's actually flying over a river that's wider than it looks from that perspective. Apparently a common thing for Aussie military.

Yeah, I think that they are following a river. It's a pretty windy river by the looks of it. With big buildings on both sides. I'm guessing they come in low avoiding larger buildings, then fly low along one of the straight(ish) sections of river next to the downtown towers (the purple bit on the map) and then climb out once again avoiding obstructions.
