Italy has a law that everyone over 50 must receive a covid vaccination. And the Italian government has started sending out fines to all the over-50's whose names don't show up on lists compiled at the covid vaccination centers. If the individual doesn't pay the fine, their families are responsible for paying it.
Here's a Sardinian family who received a 100 Euro fine because a family member over the age of 50 failed to get vaccinated for covid.
The only problem is that the family member, Maria Sedda died in 2004 at age 37.

Here's another woman who was fined for failure to vaccinate, who died in an accident in 1999.

Being dead is no excuse for failing to vaccinate!!
