But if that's not involved, then I'd sure like to see the big fan behind a swamp boat that doesn't really look like one from the bow.
Taking another look, the boat also seems to be moving pretty fast in that looped ten seconds. (I.e., switching back to shallow trolling motoring being involved -- seems too quick, but my memory impression of how slow the electric ones are is kind of dim and faulty.)
Since he's an angler, this is really Zin's area of expertise.
EDIT: Okay, running shallow even with fuel-powered prop engines, at high speeds, is possible:
