The hoopla about this is crazy. It's just someone in cold weather garb walking on the ground below. Maybe the speaker himself.
Regardless, the title on the original YouTube video says itself that it is not real.
This guy is known for doing Big Foot pranks in other videos. For instance, in addition to the "4 minute" location, go to the 3:15 mark of the video below and watch in the right-hand lower corner.

That’s the steadiest drone footage I’ve ever seen. I love the way the extension ladder is leaning on the roof, so much for the 4 to 1 rule. Plus it’s fully extended with one half laying flat on the roof for some reason, maybe they were sliding down it for fun. In another shot the professionals are using two folded step ladders when Bigfoot walks by @ 3:15. Real pros, real evidence, this must be a joke. Bigfoot must be the labor safety inspector ready to write a cease and desist work order.
